Message	After the Plenum pull, the car would not start. It tried to stay running after key was turn off the start position. Here's what's been done. New Z-1 silcone hoses on Pcv, IIAA and new Vacuum hoses. Valve covers had a leak so new gaskets and sealer was applied along with new intake gasket. New fuel lines and filter. Water by-pass done. Ran codes after it would not start and got 14 and 21. Installed new PTU and relocated under the nose by the air intake. Same codes This just a update of my other post. Thanks for all the tips and help.
